Who we are

viskoorbis.com is an independent playground for the Visko Orbis live video model. It is not the official Visko site. Official research lives at visko.ai.

We collect only what we need to run accounts, credits, payments, and generated files.

Information we collect

Account information
- Name, email, and sign-in details.
- Used to keep your session, credits, and history.
Usage details
- Pages you open, prompts you submit, and whether a job finished.
- Used to keep the demo stable and to see which worlds people try.
Device information
- Browser, OS, and basic device type.
- Used to fix playback and layout issues.
Payments
- Stripe handles card data. We store the order, plan, and credit grant, not the full card number.
Generated files
- Prompts, stills, and output video can be stored on Cloudflare R2 so you can replay or download them.

Analytics

We use a privacy-friendly Plausible script hosted at jk.zxx.im. It does not use advertising cookies.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe, for checkout
Cloudflare R2, for file storage
Model providers, when a live generation actually runs
Authorities, if the law requires it

Retention

Account and payment records stay while the service is active. You can email hello@viskoorbis.com to ask for deletion.
